The first Vesak celebration at Atlantic Buddhist Vihara was held on 22nd May 2016 with the participation of many devoted Buddhists as well as others who are interested in the Buddhism. The programme was a combination of many religious and cultural events such as observance of eight precepts, meditation, Dhamma talks, Pindapatha charika (alms round), devotional singing and so forth. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who enormously contributed their generous support to make the event a success.
