This group offers:

Weekly Dhamma Talk: Engage in enlightening discussions on the Dhammapada and related Buddhist topics, led by our experienced facilitator.

Meditation Sessions: Cultivate mindfulness through guided meditation practices, including Loving Kindness, Vipassana, and mindful walking.

Chanting: Find serenity through the melodious recitation of the Metta Sutta, in either English or Pali.

Reading: Expand your horizons as we explore four life-changing self-help books in 2024.
