Atlantic Buddhist Temple’s 7th Annual Katina Program held on 30th and 31st October 2021. Here are some highlights.
2023 Katina Ceremony will be held on 11th – 12th November 2023 at the Atlantic Buddhist Meditation Centre in Halifax. In addition to the Katina parade, we will be paying our utmost respects by bringing the relics of Buddha, which have been recovered from the Medirigiriya, King Agbo’s palace archaeological site. The parade will commence at 12th November at 9:30 a.m. from the former Lumbermart parking lot. The ceremonial proceedings at the temple will commence at 10:30 a.m.
